Az INTEROVIC, a PROVACUNO és a Juh Terméktanács pályázatot hirdet ügynökség kiválasztására a belső piac országaiban zajló kérődzők állatjólléti kampányának eredményeinek mérése témában.
Az európai termelési modell a világ legszigorúbb minőségi és élelmiszer-biztonsági előírásait követi, amelyeket a gazdaságoktól az asztalig nyomon követhetőségi rendszer szabályoz, biztosítva az alacsony környezeti hatással járó egészséges, biztonságos és kiváló minőségű élelmiszereket. Ami az állatjólétet illeti, az EU rendelkezik a világ legszigorúbb jogszabályaival is.
Ezt a programot az 1144/2014/EU európai parlamenti és tanácsi rendeletben, az (EU) 2015/1829 felhatalmazáson alapuló bizottsági rendeletben és az (EU) 2015/1831 bizottsági végrehajtási rendeletben meghatározott, az EU által a belső piacon és harmadik országokban finanszírozott mezőgazdasági termékekre vonatkozó tájékoztatási és promóciós programok keretében dolgozzák ki.
Ez a rendelet az eljárásra, az e programok hatálya alá tartozó mezőgazdasági termékekre és azokra az országokra vonatkozik, amelyekben fejleszthetők. Az 1144/2014/EU rendelet 20. cikke meghatározza a több program végrehajtásáért felelős szerv kiválasztására vonatkozó eljárást. A végrehajtó szervet úgy kell kiválasztani, hogy biztosítja a legjobb ár-érték arányt, vagy adott esetben a legalacsonyabb árat, biztosítva az átláthatóságot, az egyenlő bánásmódot, valamint az összeférhetetlenséget. E szabályozási kereten belül pályázati felhívást tesznek közzé a juh- és kecsketermékek belső piacon való promóciójával foglalkozó ügynökségek számára.
A kampány 2022 januárja óta tart, és 2024-ben ér véget, Spanyolországban és Magyarországon.

INTEROVIC, PROVACUNO and the Hungarian Sheep and Goat Products Board call a competition for the selection of the organisation to measure the results of the multiple promotion campaign of the Animal Welfare of Rumiants in countries of internal market.
The European production model follows the highest standards of quality and food safety in the world, controlled by a traceability system from farm to table, ensuring healthy, safe and high quality food produced with a low environmental impact. As far as animal welfare is concerned, the EU also has the most stringent legislation in the world.
This programme is developed within the information and promotion programmes for agricultural products financed by the EU in the internal market and in third countries as stipulated in Regulation (EU) No 1144/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/1829 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1831.
This regulation covers the procedure, the agricultural products covered by these programmes and the countries in which they can be developed. Article 20 of Regulation (EU) No 1144/2014 lays down the procedure for selecting the body responsible for implementing multiple programmes. The implementing body must be selected by ensuring the best value for money or, where appropriate, the lowest price ensuring transparency, ensuring equal treatment, as well as the absence of conflicts of interest. Within this regulatory framework, the call for tenders for agencies for the promotion of sheepmeat and goatmeat in the internal market is launched.
The campaign takes place since January 2022 and will end in 2024, in the markets of Spain and Hungary
